  COMPLETE – Per email of 1/6/10, from Greg Mohrman, Chief, NWQL, noted that Gary Cottrell will be representing the NWQL on ITAC.

• Action: David McCulloch to update email list and provide access to SharePoint

• Discussion of SharePoint and Quickr sites –

  • Need to review Roles and Responsibilities document

  • Action: David McCulloch will set up ITAC SharePoint site. OWI to consolidate documents on SharePoint. Move Quickr files to SharePoint.

  Action: Katherine will try and get this on the agenda for January’s Senior Staff meeting.
  Status: 1/12/10 - Sent email to Jody Eimers for agenda item.

• Solaris Administration Training – Training is scheduled for March in Denver. Working on logistics. Initial interest indicates this will be a full class. There may be a need for a second class.

Status: 1/12/10 - March 22-26. Announcement to go out next week. Shawn Noble and Steve Zehl to teach the class.

• Action: Bob Swanson to provide new information for Welcome page

• Action: Kim to add Arizona Hotel information to Web
