• Quickr vs. Sharepoint – Kym will find out more information on having one of our offices host a sharepoint portal.

• Review of Action Items –
  Bob suggested that we follow this up with the other Social Media avenues such as Facebook/You Tube. It is suggested that this topic be hosted in July.  Terri will request an update from Paul on the accessibility of Facebook and if You Tube.
  Other suggestions have been web applications (google maps) a how to…This would be hosted by David M. in September.
  Sandy had suggested doing a camera/gps webinar.
  
  2009 ITAC goals (updates, training, and webinars) – Pat will take a look at the goals and make the first pass and send it out to ITAC.

  Security Training
  Brian had a suggestion to set up a users workshop for NWIS users. As part of our training goals ask Brian to re-visit this during the next FACE to FACE.
  GIS server training – Do ESRI courses cover this training?
  In FY10 possible Advanced Unix System Administrator training.
  NWIS is not teaching the DBA course in 2010.

  • Possibly have Steve Gillespie send out a survey about training. We would have to determine who to send out to. List specific things to choose from. (Topic for next Face to Face – Terri and Boyce will take the lead).  Terri and Boyce will draft questions and send them out to ITAC
