Tacoma Face to Face Agenda:
Travel day will be Monday July 21, 2008. The meeting will begin at 8am on Tuesday July 22, 2008.  Departure will be late on Thursday July 24, 2008 or Friday July 25, 2008.

Charlene Fisher will be at the meeting in person; however Drew Burkes is not sure at this time if he can attend.

Data Integration – it was requested that we leave a period of time open to discuss the topic.

It was requested that we check with Chris Leeth to see if he or someone in his department can speak on RSS.

Athena will contact Bill Leath in reference to the Earthquake Program and see if he would have a few moments to present.

Unix Training – time needs to be set aside at the ITAC only portion of the meeting to discuss the future of Unix training.

Athena requested that everyone send a memo out to their constituents and ask if there are any issues they would like brought forward to ITAC.

General Business:
The email received from Kevin O. was discussed and it was decided that this is a closed issue for ITAC.  ITAC has provided the information requested.  *Note: This may be an area where people don’t have a person/office to turn to, such as when we had the RCS positions. Terri will reply and cc Jess. Katherine will talk to Robert Mason directly in reference to this issue.

Sharepoint: Jim and Kym reported that OK’s office has done an excellent job with little resources to administer SharePoint. Phillip will present at the Tacoma Face to Face meeting.
