Other than reviewing the Action Items (updates are in the attached Word document), the following topics were discussed.
Several folks commented on all the meeting notices and cancellations that have been sent out by Kym, and when we are prompted to 'process' the meeting update, the updates never seem to take effect, resulting in multiple incidences of the same meeting/conference call (which is getting confusing). Since Kym wasn't available for this call, just decided to mention it in these notes.
Reminder to review the minutes in the Team room.
Discussion of next face-to-face meeting:
- Reminder that if we decide to invite GIO other than Paul and Regional CTO, we should put our request in through Paul (coordinating better with GIO).
- Tuesday will be a travel day, Meeting will be Wed, Thurs, and half a day Friday (end at 11 a.m.)
- Dates: November 13-16
- Location of meeting: Austin TX
- Send agenda topics to Donna and Kym. Donna will send a draft for folks to get everyone thinking about topics.
- Brian suggested one topic, Geographic Management Information System (GMIS). Possible update from Cheryl Morris or Sky Bristol.
- Discussed possible field trip somewhere near the office. Maybe Barton springs?
- Brian will make sure one of the science presentations will be on the Parking lot sealant project. New parking lot technology is using proprietary formulas and introducing lots of Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs).
