Agenda and Discussion Notes:Action Items – were updated and some incorporated into the March face to face agenda. March Face to Face Meeting Athena has sent Donna an email for her to review and send to the Center Director in San Diego requesting participation in the town hall meeting. It is requested that a draft agenda be sent with the email, with the explanation that it may be changed. Terri will check with Charlene if it is possible for Carol to call in or if Charlene will be giving the briefing It needs to be determined which Action Items <link> will be moved to the agenda for discussion at the face to face. It was suggested so we may complete all the items on the agenda that we eat lunch in at least one day. Donna will follow up with the WRD office in San Diego about a possible field trip Tuesday or Wednesday. It was voted on and decided that we would extend our meeting one additional day. We will now be departing on Friday as opposed to Thursday, due to the travel time involved for the east coast participants. Kym will verify with the hotel that we can add an additional day. It was suggest that if possible we get a tour of the facility after lunch one day or around 4:30pm. David will present a 5 minute update from Karen Klima on cold fusion. Katherine will contact someone to give a briefing on the perspective on where the Bureaus is going with ArcIMS. Thursday’s session will be closed – ITAC members only Donna will ask Rudy about a tour of the facility. Oct2006.FL.02 – will be added to the agenda – “Coordinate a curriculum for the SA’s for hands on training associated with NWIS and UNIX operations” and presented by Jess. (30 minutes) Oct2006.FL.03 – will be added to the agenda – “WebEx ITAC presentations” will be presented by Athena, Brian and Sandy. Will need to provide 3 weeks notice. Notice will be distributed via “Water All” from Katherine. We will discuss possible topics and a schedule for presentations. (30 minutes) The next scheduled conference call will be changed from March 9, 2007 to February 23, 2007 so we may finalize the March face to face agenda. Action Items: |
