Agenda and Discussion Notes:

1. Review and update pending action items [ITAC members]
   
   Some discussion points:
   Donna Schiffer inquired if other modules will be added to WebEx, such as the training center ones.
   
   AI - Oct21.2005.Telecon.1: Donna Schiffer will talk to OED about training-center feature of WebEx. She will recommend to Dianne Jeffries and Alan Ward to add these features, and present this to the GIO.
   
   ColdFusion (CF) - Ken Lanfear brought up the experience with Katrina, where the Web site of Louisiana was reverse proxy, using CF.
   
   When power went off, this was not good; then there was no support for CF. People could not access the LA Web site during the hurricane.
   
   Need to do lessons learned from Katrina, and include the CF issue.
   
   AI - Oct21.2005.Telecon.2: Terri Moore, Greg Allord, and Ken Lanfear will work together to put topic of BLOGs onto agenda for Idaho meeting. Greg will be contacted for publishing concerns regarding this issue.
   
   Discussion: DOI being disconnected from the Internet? Kevin sent out an e-mail to Ellen and Security folks. Terri Moore will send this message to ITAC. Margaret read some info online and said that USGS is exempted.

2. Continued planning for Idaho meeting [ITAC members review draft agenda].
   
   [Reference revised attached agenda.]
   
   Donna waiting to hear if there is a preferred approach to local admin rights.
   
   Some discussions followed during the process.

3. Status -- Continued planning for membership and position changes in calendar 2006.
   
   -- ITAC Chair serves for one year; this will be discussed at ID meeting.
   -- Athena Clark, Alabama WSC Director, was recommended to replace Jeff Stoner as WSC Director rep. Katherine Lins requested other recommendations; there were none.
   -- Donna Hector-Sabin will attend until the term runs out.
   -- ITAC received one name for the SA (Jess Griffin (OK).
   -- New members will be invited to the next meeting.
   
   -- Marilyn Billone will work on updating the online membership listing with Katherine Lins and Jeff Stoner.

4. Next ITAC Teleconference/WebEx session will be Friday, 11/18/05, 11:00 Eastern time.
