This figure is divided by 3 or 4 depending on payment.

It would look like this -

671*9950 (current number) / 3 years (but sometime we get a 4th year to pay.

If we had more users who needed XP and Office that would be a true up. I am not sure we have that until we get the data call out.

If it is, it would be 2000 * 671 / 3 years.

Sorry this has taken so long. Here is the breakdown of MS costs:

Enterprise Desktop (Office suite, OS upgrade and client access licenses) = 671.22 / user

Windows Server = 558 / per server
