Proposed Charter of FUTCOM4 (5 of 7) -- ITAC members are in consensus that the Slide 5 of 7 Charter should include the thought that:

FUTCOM4 accommodate, react to, or consider Bureau's policy, IT reorganization
Much of the discussion around whether ITAC should not use FUTCOM4 report to influence IT policy decisions. If IT reorg occurs soon, this is a moot point.
One suggested issue that FUTCOM4 could address:
