I would recommend Option 1 below, or even using report #3 Problem/Objective/Benefit/Approach. This report runs much faster and contains most of the information you may need for BASIS. You can pull this report for Active projects ONLY and save the report to a file in your home area.

Rose, a few suggestions...
The Project Description report has most if not all of the information on the Project frame, and you can pull it for individual projects, or all of them in your Cost Center.

Project MIS/AIS files and Basis implementation |
We were told that we will need to move our exising Project MIS files into Basis --is there any way to save the main header screen that shows the project code, huc codes etc. along with the text files. Currently we can cut and paste the text file containing the narrative part but we need to be able to capture all the information. Any advice, Thanks, Rose
