Vice Chair election results

ITAC,

Charlie has informed me that the balloting in the run-off between Brian and Sandy has again resulted in a tie. After the first tie Sandy offered to withdraw, however by the time I read his email the run-off process was well underway. Considering Sandy's request and the election results, Brian McCallum is the new Vice Chair / Chairman Elect of ITAC. Please join me in congratulating Brian and wishing him well in his future duties!
