Description of Action Item:   Nelson and any other ITAC members - to provide Steve Blanchard with contractor contact information by Monday, Sept 17, as well as a district-based overseer. The ultimate goal is for Steve to secure a contractor who will research our network performance problems and recommend improvements, as well as adequate measurement tools and procedures. "Network" includes components utilized during Cyber Seminars.
