Thanks for such a wonderful letter acknowledging the efforts of Lori, Paula, Kristin, and Jymalyn. They deserve all the credit for their hard work and I am very proud of them.

We received the awards today! and I am sure they will be delighted to receive them.

It was a pleasure for the Alabama District to host the ITAC meeting. We appreciate you coming to Montgomery and we appreciate your support. I too think the Town Hall meeting went extremely well.

This email acknowledges and rewards the work of your staff in support of the Water Resources Division (WRD) Information Technology Advisory Committee (ITAC) meeting.

Four Alabama District employees provided invaluable support in the preparing meeting logistics, execution and support. As a result, I am asking the secretary for the Chief, Office of Information to support the ITAC members' gratitude by mailing you several non-monetory awards for these employees. Please know that the success of this ITAC meeting was enhanced greatly by your support and the support of your employees: Lori Crabtree, Paula Dye, Kristin Justice, and Jymalyn Redmond.

• Jymalyn Redmond provided the logistical details including coordinating the Legends Golf Resort lodging. The lodging accommodations could not have been more comfortable and pleasant. Additionally, the hotel room's high data rate telecommunications are provided gratis; many ITAC members connect to their computers to work during the off-meeting hours. Breakfast was included in the conference lodging rates and the breakfast was very good. Next, Jymalyn secured outstanding meeting room facilities at the Alabama Justice Department Building. ITAC had plenty of room for working during the meeting and the ITAC was provided a much larger conference room for the Alabama District Town Meeting. In fact, the Alabama District town meeting was one of the most well-attended town meetings in the ITAC history. This was due, in total, to Jymalyn's coordination and communications skills Many Alabama employees had travelled to Montgomery from the field offices for the three-discipline review. Jymalyn's foresight provided the impetus to keep the ITAC schedule for that particular week; thus insuring a large District employee turnout for a very successful District town meeting.
• Lori Crabtree, the Alabama District Site Administrator insured that the conference rooms were well equipped for the meeting and that telecommunications access for the ITAC members was installed and functioning well. No small task!
• Paula Dye and Kristin Justice provided constant meeting support to insure that every need of the ITAC meeting was taken care of during the actual meeting. They provided lunch information/deliveries, coffee, sodas, and various baked goods that sustained the ITAC members so they could perform at maximum peak.

These services above represent only a sample of those performed.
