Agenda Items:
Booth at Portland conference -
Who will be attending the conference? TJ or Alan will attend, Jim, and Jen.
While Jim will probably to busy to do and booth time, he can find someone from
osw to assist if needed. Mike suggested we look into the hidden fees for the booth.
AI – Jen to ask conference planning team about whether electric and data can be
provided to the booth and if there is a cost, how much that will be. We could
probably use MiFi for network, but we will need electric to run computers, etc.
AI – Alan, Jen and Nicole to have a side meeting to get some ideas for the booth
started. Pull Mike in for discussion and lessons learned from his previous
experience.
