WREGv1.02.exe, compiled 1/5/2011
- Changed to allow USGS time series input from a single input file (USGSAnnualTimeSeries.txt), created by Greg Granato's WREGshell.  This was done to ensure compatability with new versions of Windows.  If the USGSAnnualTimeSeries.txt file does not exist in the input directory, WREG will use the individual annual time series input files, as previous versions did.  Care should be taken to ensure that stations are listed in the SiteChar.txt input file exactly as they are ordered by the operating system.

As originally coded, WREG reads in individual annual time series input files in the order in which they are listed in a Windows directory.  This ordering must match the order in which stations are listed in SiteChar.txt.  The order in which files are listed in new versions of Windows is not the same as in older versions, creating problems.
