SOUTH CAROLINA

U.S. Geological Survey Fact Sheet 001-00 was published to provide documentation of procedures for solving rural and urban regression equations for South Carolina. However, since publication of the Fact Sheet, a new set of rural regression equations was published. Documentation of the new rural regression equations is provided in Water Resources Investigations Report 02-4140. This report supersedes the discussion of peak-flow estimates for rural areas in Fact Sheet 001-00, but the discussion of estimates for urban areas is not superseded.
