CAP Graphical User Interface (CAP GUI) -- A tool for estimating flow through culverts.

The updated CAP GUI requires Java SE 6 and a version of CAP.  It runs on Windows only.

RUNNING THE CAP GUI

To install the CAP GUI, download CAP_UI.jar and double-click it to start the
program. Click on the borwn icon in the far left corner, click on preferences, and then
input the path to your cap executable.  (Download and extract cap2 file if cap is not already 
installed.) To start a new project, choose the New Indirect option from the File menu.
