StreamStats users often have trouble using it because their web browser settings are not configured properly. As a result, often the map will not draw or they receive various error messages. If after making any needed changes StreamStats still does not work for you, then consider contacting your computer system administrator to assure that a firewall or a network setting is not blocking StreamStats.
