• In MODFLOW-2005,-LGR, and -CFP the maximum number of allowed parameters is 2000.
•The number of observations and prior-information equations is not limited by the program.
• In MODFLOW-2005,-LGR  and -CFP there is not a limit on the maximum allowed numbers of zone and multiplier arrays.
•In MODFLOW-2005,-LGR and -CFP the maximum number of parameter clusters is 20,000. If not specified, it will default to 2,000,000.
•In MODFLOW-2005,-LGR and -CFP the maximum number of parameter instances is 50,000.
•In MODFLOW-2005,-LGR and -CFP these limits are specified in MODULE PARAMMODULE in the file gwf2bas7.f.
