LOCATION - Lat 45°30'27", long 99°51'11.8" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec.35, T.124 N., R.75 W., Walworth County, SD, Hydrologic Unit 10130106, on west side of 316th Ave. 1.6 mi east of Java, SD and 8.7 mi east of Selby, SD.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 110 ft. Upper casing diameter 1.50 in; top of first opening 100 ft, bottom of last opening 110 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 2,091.57 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Unknown, 3.05 ft above land-surface datum, Aug. 31, 1976 to present; Unknown, 3.24 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 24, 2017 to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2017 to present.
GAGE - Water-stage recorder.
REMARKS - For Mar. 24, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2023, records good. Satellite data-collection platform at station. Water levels affected by pumping of nearby wells.
