LOCATION - Lat 42°57'10.09", long 78°36'11.40" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Erie County, NY, Hydrologic Unit 04120104, behind main service building at NYS Thruway rest stop near Clarence.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 18 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 8 ft, bottom of last opening 20 ft. Well filled in from original depth of 20 ft, cased to 20 ft (screen, 8 ft to 20 ft).
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 782.73 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of casing, 0.39 ft below land-surface datum, Aug. 8, 2016 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2004 to April 2022 (discontinued).
GAGE - Water-stage recorder--15 minute; periodic measurements by USGS personnel.
REMARKS - Satellite water-level telemeter at station.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level, 9.33 ft below land-surface datum, Oct. 21, 23, 24, 2006; lowest water level, 14.36 ft below land-surface datum, Sept. 4, 2012.
