LOCATION - Lat 39°39'02", long 103°55'40" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NW 1/4 sec.6, T.5 S., R.58 W., Arapahoe County, CO, Hydrologic Unit 10190011, 550 ft east of E Co Rd 241, 1.85 mi north of Jolly Rd, and 6.88 mi northeast of the fire house in Deer Trail.

PERIOD OF RECORD - April 2000 to December 2010. November 2013 to September 2014 (discontinued). Some periods of seasonal data.
INSTRUMENTATION - Tipping-bucket rain gage with satellite telemetry.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Maximum daily precipitation, 4.40 inches, Aug. 6, 2008.
REMARKS - Water year 2014; no estimated daily precipitation. Records lost between Oct. 1-31, due to delays from 500 year flood.
