LOCATION - Lat 39°13'11.0", long 75°46'38.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Queen Anne's County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060002, Andover Branch.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 14 ft. Upper casing diameter 2 in; top of first opening 11 ft, bottom of last opening 14 ft. Drilled observation well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 56 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: At midpoint of stainless screw, 1.90 ft above land-surface datum, June 16, 2014, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - January 9, 2014 to March 23, 2016 (discontinued).
GAGE -
  • Water Years 2014-2016: Records good.
    Water-level measurements by U.S. Geological Survey personnel. Equipped with water-level data logger -- 15-minute recording interval, June 2014 to current year.
    • REMARKS - Agricultural Monitoring Network project well. Water levels are affected by local groundwater withdrawal (irrigation), during summer growing season.
    EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 3.74 ft below land surface, February 25, 2016 (recorder) lowest water level measured, 10.83 ft below land surface, October 10-11, 2014 (recorder).
