LOCATION - Lat 38°19'56.5", long 76°27'52.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, Calvert County, MD, Hydrologic Unit 02060006, at Calvert Marine Museum, Solomons.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 494 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 474 ft, bottom of last opening 494 ft. Drilled, observation, artesian well.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 18.1 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of recorder shelter platform, 1.9 ft above land-surface datum, Mar. 18, 2004 to Oct. 9, 2018; Top of steel casing, 1.73 ft above land-surface datum, Oct. 10, 2018 to present. 1.73 ft MP started on 10-10-2018 (Top of Steel Casing). Previous MP was 1.90 ft. (Top of shelter platform) from 3-17-2004 to 10-09-2018.
PERIOD OF RECORD - March 2004 to current year.

    EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD - Highest water level measured, 140.49 feet below land surface, or 122.39 ft below sea level, April 13, 2004 (recorder); lowest measured, 172.36 feet below land surface, or 154.26 ft below sea level, August 29, 2006 (recorder).
