LOCATION - Lat 37°28'52.8", long 91°06'20.3" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in NW 1/4 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.12, T.32 N., R.2 W., Reynolds County, MO, Hydrologic Unit 11010007, approximately 1.0 mile north of Fletcher Mine.
REVISIONS HISTORY -
Revisions: Land-surface datum was revised to 1,168.32 ft NAVD88 on Oct. 4, 2023, as determined by a GNSS survey by Missouri DNR. Land-surface datum was previously published in error as 1,150 ft NGVD29 from topographic map. Discrete water-level measurements referenced to NGVD29 and NAVD88 were revised, based on changes to the land-surface datum.

A +0.07 ft correction was applied to the period 03/31/2008 to 04/02/2008 after it was previously approved. A correction was applied incorrectly in ADAPS and needed to be corrected.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,168.32 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: Top of steel casing, 3.2 ft above land-surface datum, Nov. 19, 2001 to May. 23, 2007; DNR took ownership of well and installed real time capabilities; new gage house, 3.4 ft above land-surface datum, May. 23, 2007 to present.  
PERIOD OF RECORD - February 22, 2002 to present.
GAGE - Feb. 21, 2002 to Jan. 11, 2006--Vented pressure transducer and data logger. Water level recorded hourly and considered to be accurate to +/- 0.05 foot. May 30, 2007 to present--Float and encoder with satellite telemetry. Water level recorded 30 minute increments and is considered accurate to +/- 0.1 foot.
COOPERATION - Data furnished and processed by USGS from February 21 , 2002 to January 11, 2006. Data from May 30, 2006 to present furnished by Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MDNR). Data from May 30, 2007 to present processed by USGS and MDNR.
REMARKS - 02/22/2002 to 01/11/2006 The water-level record is good and is considered to be accurate within +/- 0.05 foot for the 2006 water year. There were no days of missing record during the water year period of record. The gage was discontinued on Jan. 11. 05/30/2007 to 09/30/2008, the data is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from October 1, 2008 to May 13, 2010 is good based on 7 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 05/13/2010 to 09/16/2010 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 01/28/2011 to 08/01/2011 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 08/01/2011 to 11/12/2012 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 11/13/2012 to 09/17/2013 is good based on 3 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 09/18/2013 to 12/18/2014 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/19/2014 to 06/08/2016 is good based on 4 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.1 ft. The record from 06/09/2016 to 03/01/2017 is good based on 2 water level measurements made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/-0.05 ft. The record from 03/02/2017 to 08/30/2017 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/-0.07 ft. The record from 08/30/2017 to 02/15/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/-0.05 ft. The record from 02/16/2018 to 05/02/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 05/03/2018 to 12/25/2018 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 12/26/2018 to 06/03/2019 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft. The record from 06/04/2019 to 01/08/2020 is good based on 1 water level measurement made during the period to verify the recorded data and is accurate to +/- 0.05 ft.
