REVISIONS HISTORY -

Discrete water-level values were revised because the MP correction was incorrectly calculated for the 2016 aquifer test, including values from 11/07/2016 11:15 MDT to 11/14/2016 11:41 MDT. Incorrect old values are documented in the NWIS remark for each water level. The MP height (-0.5) was incorrectly added instead of subtracted. The correction makes the new depth to water 1.00 ft deeper than previously.

Continuous water-level data was revised in Aquarius to match the revised discrete water-level values. The affected period of continuous data has been marked with the "Revised" qualifier and a note was added to document the change.

GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 519 ft. Upper casing diameter 2.5 in; top of first opening 459 ft, bottom of last opening 509 ft.  
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 5,350.33 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: MP is black mark at top of PVC in steel vault b.l.s. Screw on north side indicates MP, 0.80 ft below land-surface datum, Nov. 20, 2014 to present; MP is top of grey bennett pump cap which is .3 ft higher than TOC, 0.50 ft below land-surface datum, Jun. 1, 2015 to May 30, 2017.
