LOCATION - Lat 34°09'27.43", long 117°24'24.84" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in sec.00, T.1 N., R.5 W., San Bernardino County, CA, Hydrologic Unit 18070203, in Rancho Muscupiabe Grant, in a complex of reservoirs near the intersection of Locust and Riverside Avenues, in Rialto.
REVISIONS HISTORY - Data from 12/28/2017 to 3/9/2018 was found to erroneous upon approval of the following period.  Data was unlocked and correct data was added, recomputed and approved.  There were no changes to discreet water levels.  
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 982.4 ft. Upper casing diameter 3 in; top of first opening 960 ft, bottom of last opening 980 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 1,648.81 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988. Measuring point: TOP OF PVC CASING ABOVE LSD, 0.52 ft above land-surface datum, Jan. 18, 1994 to present. Prior to October 02, 2023, Land‐surface datum is 1,647.84 ft above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - Water year 1992 to current year.
GAGE - Electronic data logger.
REMARKS - The Upper Linden Ponds Cluster Wells consist of four continuous-record groundwater wells, located in three ground-level vaults. The individual stations are well 1N/5W-21K1, station 340927117242201; well 1N/5W-21K2, station 340927117242202; well 1N/5W-21K3, station 340927117242203; and well 1N/5W-21K4, station 340927117242204.
PERIOD OF DAILY RECORD - September 1995 to August 2004, November 2004 to February 2005, June to July 2005, October 2005 to October 2007, June 2008 to current year.
