LOCATION - Lat 26°35'25.1", long 80°12'43.6" referenced to North American Datum of 1983, in SE 1/4 NW 1/4 NE 1/4 sec.37, T.44 S., R.41 E., Palm Beach County, FL, Hydrologic Unit 03090202,
0.3 mi west of U.S. Highway 441, south of Lantana Road near TV tower, and 11 mi southwest of West Palm Beach.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 17 ft. Upper casing diameter 6 in; top of first opening 17 ft, bottom of last opening 17 ft. Cased to 17 ft, open end.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 18.4 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: Top of base, 20.85 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929, Jun. 10, 1973 to present. Land-surface datum is 16.95 feet above North American Vertical Datum of 1988.
PERIOD OF RECORD - June 1973 to May 1977, May 1979 to November 2020. Discontinued.
GAGE - Electronic data logger.
COOPERATION - South Florida Water Management District.
REMARKS - The well has become obstructed at a depth of 13 ft. A review of water-level records indicates that the well remains in good hydrologic communication with the aquifer. The figures of water levels as elevation, in feet NGVD, prior to October 1989 has been revised. Corrected records are in the files of the U.S. Geological Survey. Daily values are available online at http://waterdata.usgs.gov/nwis.
