LOCATION - Lat 18°01'40.30", long 66°54'25.70" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Sabana Grande Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010004, 0.32 miles south of Maria R.C. Claudio school, 0.59 miles north of PR #2, 5.44 miles east of Yauco town and 4.35 miles west of Lajas Valley.

DATUM - Land-surface datum is 131 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF 6-INCH STEEL CASING, 1.22 ft above land-surface datum, Jul. 17, 2013 to present. Well depth 158.28 ft. below land-surface datum.
