LOCATION - Lat 17°57'10.79", long 66°14'35.73" referenced to North American Datum of 1927, Salinas Municipio, PR, Hydrologic Unit 21010004, 1.42 mi (2.28 km) east of Las Mareas, 0.96 mi (1.55 km) south of Highway 3, and 1.27 mi (2.04 km) west of Central Aguirre.
GROUNDWATER RECORDS
WELL CHARACTERISTICS - Depth 17 ft. Upper casing diameter 4 in; top of first opening 7 ft, bottom of last opening 17 ft.
DATUM - Land-surface datum is 4.90 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929. Measuring point: TOP OF METAL CASING., 5.18 ft above land-surface datum, May 28, 2013, to present.
PERIOD OF RECORD - November 18, 2005 to current year.
GAGE - Monthly measurement with chalked tape.
COOPERATION - Funding for site provided by the Puerto Rico Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the U.S. Geological Survey.
