LOCATION.--Lat 48° 57', long 116° 32' (NAD27), in SE1/4 sec.25 (rev.), T.65 N., R.2 W., Boundary County, Smith Falls quad., Hydrologic Unit 17010104, on downstream side of U.S. Forest Service bridge at mouth of canyon, 4 mi southwest of Porthill.
DRAINAGE AREA.--29 mi2, approximately.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--May 1928 to September 1959 (discontinued), no winter records prior to 1931. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1316.

GAGE.--Water-stage gage. Elevation of gage is 1,830 ft above NGVD of 1929, by barometer. May 18, 1929 to Aug. 26, 1929, staff gage and Mar. 20, 1930 to May 27, 1948, water-stage recorders at several sites and datums within 260 ft upstream.
REMARKS.--No regulation or diversions above station.
