LOCATION.--Lat 42° 29'45", long 111° 18'54"(Rev.)(NAD83), in NE1/4 sec.4, T.11 S., R.44 E., Bear Lake County, Georgetown quad., Hydrologic Unit 16010201, on left bank 150 ft downstream from Little Right Hand Fork, and 3 mi northeast of Georgetown.
DRAINAGE AREA.--21.9 mi2, revised.
PERIOD OF RECORD.--October 1911 to September 1914 (fragmentary), November 1939 to September 1956 (discontinued).
GAGE.--Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 6,350 ft above NGVD of 1929, from topographic map. October 1911 to September 1914, staff gage at site 0.7 mi downstream at different datum.
REMARKS.--No diversion above station. During 1911-14, a small storage reservoir and power plant was operated about 1.5 mi above station, but dam is now breached and no longer operative. Stream is spring fed.
COOPERATION.--U.S. Forest Service and Utah Power & Light Co., during early record.
EXTREMES FOR PERIOD OF RECORD.--Maximum discharge observed, 162 ft3/s June 8, 1912,
gage height, 1.75 ft, caused by failure of power dam gates, site and datum then
in use; minimum daily, 18 ft3/s for many days February to May 1941.
