Tab files for wells in MODFLOW-NWT 1.1 can have optional header lines starting with the "#" character.
The remainder of the table consists of a series of lines. Each line has a simulation time and a pumping rate in that order.
The rates for each time step will be determined as a weighted average of the rates specified in the table for the time periods that are included in the time step.
