Overview

ZONEBUDGET is used to calculate the water budgets of a group of cells (a zone) in a MODFLOW model.  Zones are of two types: numeric zones and composite zones. Each numeric zone is defined by either by an integer in the Zone file or interactively while running ZONEBUDGET. Composite zones are defined with a list of up of up to 50 numeric zones defined in a Zone file.  Up to 999 numeric and 100 composite zones are allowed.  ZONEBUDGET reads data from the cell-by-cell budget file generated by MODFLOW to determine the budget for each zone. The user can specify the simulation times at which the budget is calculated or simply use all the times specified in the cell-by-cell budget file.
