The Vertical Exaggeration dialog box is used to change the ratio of the horizontal to the vertical scale as displayed on the screen. The vertical exaggeration only affects how the model is displayed. It does not change the model itself. The Vertical Exaggeration dialog box is displayed by selecting View|Vertical Exaggeration… The front, side, and 3-D views of the model are affected by the vertical exaggeration.
