SpecifiedHeadOnLayer(Layer) returns true if the cell at the current row and column at the specified layer is a specified head cell in the MODFLOW model. Otherwise, it returns false.
SpecifiedHeadOnLayer is used in the formula for the UZF_Layer data set.
