RmaMf2005: Use Anisotropy

MODFLOW-2005 always uses horizontal anisotropy so unlike with MODFLOW 6, we don't need to do anything special for it. However, if we had more than one layer in the model, it would be desirable to use vertical anisotropy. We would specify that option in the MODFLOW Layer Groups dialog box. We would need to specify the option separately for each layer group.
