Now run MODFLOW again. The flow and transport models will run in the different simulations in this case and ModelMonitor will be run twice: one for each simulation. Budgets for both the flow and transport models will be displayed in ModelMonitor and the listing files for the flow model, the transport model, and the simulations will open in a text editor. The listing file will have a warning about the bottoms of the MAW wells being reset to the bottom of the cells. There should be no other warning or error messages. If there are, check that you have entered the data correctly.
