The DSP: Dispersion Package pane is is on the MODFLOW Packages and Programs dialog box under MT3DMS or MT3D-USGS. It is used to specify data for the DSP package in MT3DMS or MT3D-USGS.

Only a single variable is specified on the DSP: Dispersion Package pane, MultiDiffusion. If this option is selected, the user must specify a separate molecular diffusion coefficient for each mobile chemical species at each cells. Otherwise, the same molecular diffusion coefficient will apply to all the mobile chemical species and the data will be defined for each layer rather than for each cell.

Other data related to the Dispersion package are specified through data sets or in the MODFLOW Layer Groups dialog box.
