BcfVCONT({Layer, Row, Column}) returns the vertical conductance of a layer as required by the BCF package. Either equation 5-39 or 5-40 in the MODFLOW-2005 documentation is used to calculate VCONT depending on whether or not a Quasi3D confining bed is involved. Because VCONT for the bottom layer is not used in MODFLOW, BcfVCONT will always return a value zero for the bottom layer.
BcfVCONT can only be used in the formulas for data sets.
