The Anisotropy pane is on the SUTRA Options dialog box. The checkboxes on this pane determine whether the "mid" and "min" parameters for permeability, longitudinal dispersivity, and transverse dispersivity are linked to the corresponding "max" parameter during parameter estimation. If a chcckbox is checked, ModelMuse will determine the ratio of the "mid" or "min" value at each element to the "max" value at that element. Then, during parameter estimation, new values for each element will be computed by multiplying the new maximum value by the ratio at each element.
