# METADATA Data Description:
#
# ABSTRACT: This data set contains the Seasonal Kendall results for Diazinon trends test in surface water
#	from 1998 to 2004 for 12 seasons. Details on the trend test are provided in Phillips and others, 2007
#	(DOI 10.1021/es070301+). The data was used for sites PA1, VA1, IL2, IL3 and IL4 in Figure 4, and
#	sites VA1 and IL4 in Supporting Figure 2 in a report documenting Temporal Diazinon trends in surface
#	water insecticide concentration as a part of the U.S. Geological Survey,National Water Quality
#	Assessment Program.
#
# SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION:
# PROCEDURES USED:
#	PROCESS STEP:
#
#	Original diazinon concentration data was pulled for NAWQA sites from the NAWQA Data Warehouse in
#	October 2005 and imput through a Seasonal Kendall trend test to give the data set detailed here.
#	Note: Site MA2 did not have a Seasonal Kendall Trends run. Original diazinon concentrations can be found
#	for each site under "Insecticide Concentration Data - Diazinon.conc.txt" under the following listed
#	relatedspatial and tabular data sets.
#
#	STREND was run on the USGS module for STREND in SPLUS on a PC based version in the 2004-2006 time
#	frame. This module is cited in Phillips and others, 2007 (22). Output from the Seasonal Kendall Test yeilds TREND
#	and TREND.PCT in units units/year and percent/year respectively.
#
#	Trend Significance was determined by estimated P-Values for Diazinon concentration trend over time for
#	each site. Significance was flagged if P-Values were equal to 0.1 or less, or determined not significant if larger.
#	Only significant decreasing trends were found.
#

#	All files listed below were used in the analysis for the report Phillips and others, 2007 (DOI 10.1021/es070301+).
