Summary: Update concerning continued rainfall and flooding across portions of Texas.

The heaviest rainfall has shifted into the Concho Valley, north and west of the most impacted areas of the Texas Hill Country. The flooding will continue in the Hill Country and will continue downstream to South Texas and the Lower Texas Coast in the coming days. At this time, there is one site in Major Flood Stage, six in Moderate Flood Stage, eight in Minor Flood Stage, and twenty in Action Stage. Good news — as of yesterday afternoon, GOES‑19 satellite operations have been fully restored, and real‑time data are once again being transmitted, processed, and displayed on the web.
