Summary: Localized extreme flash flooding
Rain along a frontal passage occurred on 7/14 with localized amounts over 6.5 inches in a short amount of time that caused localized extreme flash flooding along Somerset, Union, and Middlsex Counties in North Central New Jersey.
No gages were damaged.
One period of record peak occurred.
2 crews are in the field flagging HWM's for indirect discharge measurements
