Summary: Continued Flood Response in Texas
Fortunately, the rainfall has started to slack off and move away from Central Texas. However, thunderstorms are still in the forecast and locally heavy rainfall is possible, which would lead to new river flooding. All rivers have crested, and the waters are being held by area lakes, so field work has started to slow down. Work next week will focus on collecting HWM's. If there is no new river flooding, this will be the last project alert for this event.
