PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (IL MO) Crews responding to high water in south/east Missouri and Southern Illinois

Summary: Storms from last night contributed to high water in parts of Missouri and Illinois.

Crews in Central Midwest WSC are responding to high water today as a result of storms affecting Eastern Missouri and Central and Southern Illinois. Actual rainfall was less than forecast. Crews are generally attending to newer sites for rating development and gaps, amongst routine activities related to hydrologic extreme response. Crews are out from the following offices: Urbana, IL- Olivette, MO-Rolla, MO- Mt. Vernon,IL. Current activities, status, planned activities and local contact information follows below.
