PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (TX) Flooding from Beryl

Summary: Response to flooding from Beryl

We had 5 crews from our Gulf Coast Branch measuring minor flooding in the San Jacinto Basin. These sites are mainly located to the north of Houston. Some additional measurements may be made tomorrow, but flooding has decreased in East Texas.

A crew of two people from our South Texas Branch traveled to Port Aransas to retrieve a storm surge sensor that was deployed and made measurements at 08152500 Colorado River nr Bay City and 08117855 Caney Creek at State Hwy 35 nr Van Vleck, Tx.


Local offices will continue to monitor sites and respond as needed.
