PROJECT ALERT NOTICE (TX)

Date: Sun, 07 Jul 2024 12:50:59 EDT

Summary: Expected heavy rainfall from Beryl

All eyes are on the Gulf of Mexico as Beryl approaches. The expected landfall is late Sunday night or early Monday morning as a hurricane.

Our local offices have organized response teams to tackle storm-related flooding. Depending on the storm's path and timing, localized flooding in the Houston area may hinder our Gulf Coast employees from reaching the office. We plan to allocate resources from other offices to aid in the flood response if needed. The South Texas branch is expected to measure sites near Victoria and assist with the expected flooding in the Central Texas Coastal Basin.

Local offices will continue to monitor Hurricane Beryl's movement and potential impacts.
