Summary: Heavy rainfall and minor flooding in Oahu, Hawaii.

Heavy rainfall across the island of Oahu with minor flooding in some locations in the last 24 hours. Flash flood warnings for Windward Oahu. Periodic heavy rainfall and potential flooding with thunderstorms and strong winds are expected for all islands from Wednesday into the weekend. No peaks of record currently observed at any of the 36 streamgages in Oahu. All 9 rain gages in Oahu remain operational and recorded 0.6-9.5 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. PIWSC has two crews in the field making ADCP measurements at Oahu streamgages.
