Summary: Crews have been responding to high water in parts of Eastern Texas, including sites along the Gulf Coast as result of weekend storms.

Rainfall last week followed by extremely heavy rainfall over the weekend has generated moderate to major river flooding. River flooding can take days to weeks to make its way through the system. More rainfall later this week will likely generate renewed river flooding.
