Summary: Continued moderate flooding from a large coastal storm impacting the East Coast.

Continued flooding at slower reacting rivers today from a large coastal storm impacting the East Coast. Widespread 2-3 inches of rain with localized 4 inches along with saturated soils cause moderate to major flooding in New Jersey 1/9 - 1/11.

(2) 2-person crews are in the field obtaining discharge measurements

1 gage is still damaged, but a deployed RDG at the site is working good.
